- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1/3 cup sugar (white or brown)
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Soak 1 cup of glutinous rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drain the soaked rice and steam it in a lined steamer over boiling water for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- While steaming, gently heat 1 cup of coconut milk in a saucepan, stirring in 1/3 cup sugar and a pinch of salt until dissolved.
- Once steamed, mix half the coconut sauce into the warm rice and let it absorb for about 10 minutes.
- Slice the two ripe mangoes thinly.
