  • 2 red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
