Description

  • 2 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and finely chop the fresh sage.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sage, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties about 1 inch thick.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with 1 tbsp olive oil. Cook the patties for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
