  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup fresh sage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, half the Parmesan cheese, sage, salt, and pepper until just combined.
