Instructions
- Dice the cooked turkey breast into bite-sized pieces.
- Toast the pecans in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced turkey, cranberries, toasted pecans, Greek yogurt, and honey. Stir gently until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld.
