Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey breast, diced
  • 1 cup dried cranberries (preferably unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the cooked turkey breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Toast the pecans in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced turkey, cranberries, toasted pecans, Greek yogurt, and honey. Stir gently until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld.
