Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds. Rinse under cold water.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic until translucent. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Mix in cooked rice, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the turkey filling until overflowing and place upright in the baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until tops are golden.
