  • ⅓ cup melted coconut oil
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut cream (chilled)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, ground ginger, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup; mix until crumbly and resembles wet sand.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan. Bake for 10 minutes until slightly firm; cool completely.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  5. Stir in chilled coconut cream and vanilla extract until silky.
  6. Pour chocolate filling into the cooled crust, refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
