Instructions
- Pick a ripe seedless watermelon, cube it, and remove any seeds.
- In a blender, combine watermelon, mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar or honey, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour into a shallow dish, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and freeze for 2 hours.
- After freezing, scrape with a fork to fluff up the sorbet; return to freeze for another 1-2 hours.
