  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup brewed strong coffee
  • 2 tbsp vodka

Instructions

  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in coffee, vodka, and vanilla.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fill muffin tins two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before frosting.
