- 1/4 cup honey

- Gather all ingredients and ensure shrimp are thawed.
- In one bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy. Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat each shrimp by dipping it first in the flour mixture, then in the egg wash, and finally into the panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot (test with a breadcrumb). Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown (about two minutes per side).
- While shrimp are frying, mix honey, Sriracha sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl to prepare the sauce.
- Once cooked, transfer shrimp to paper towels to drain excess oil and drizzle with sauce before serving.
