  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  4. Sift together cocoa powder and flour; fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently mix in Bailey's Irish Cream and fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean but still moist.
  7. Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing into squares.
