  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 4 limes)
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, coconut milk, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat grill to medium-high (375°F) or oven to 400°F.
  3. Grill each side for 6-7 minutes or bake until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
