Ingredients
- Arborio rice
- Fresh green peas
- Vegetable broth

- Garlic

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in Arborio rice, coating each grain with oil for 2 minutes.
- Gradually add warmed vegetable broth one ladle at a time, stirring continuously until absorbed, about 20 minutes.
- When rice is al dente, fold in fresh peas and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in butter and grated Parmesan until melted.
- Fold in chopped mint or basil just before serving.
