  • 1 cup unsulfured molasses

  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 13×9 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and softened butter until crumbly. Add granulated sugar and press into the baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, combine molasses, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, brown sugar, eggs, and melted butter until well mixed.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes or until set in the center.
