  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Cut fresh mozzarella into sticks about 1 inch thick and place them on paper towels to absorb moisture.

  3. Dredge each stick in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
