Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 5 oz dark chocolate (60% cocoa)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and cocoa powder. Cut in cold butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in sugar until well combined.
  3. Press the dough into mini tart pans, prick with a fork, and bake for about 15 minutes until lightly set. Allow to cool.
  4. Chop dark chocolate finely and place in a heatproof bowl. Heat heavy cream until simmering and pour over chocolate; let sit for 1-2 minutes before stirring until smooth.
  5. Gently fold fresh blueberries into the ganache mixture, then spoon into cooled tartlet shells.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
