Method

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Hull and slice the fresh strawberries. This helps release their juices and enhances the flavor in the cocktail.
  2. Squeeze fresh limes to obtain 1/4 cup of lime juice. Fresh juice is crucial for the best taste.
  3. If you don’t have simple syrup, you can make it by dissolving equal parts sugar and water over low heat until the sugar is fully dissolved. Let it cool before using.
Blend the Cocktail
  1. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, white rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and crushed ice.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth. This should take about 30-60 seconds depending on your blender. Ensure there are no large ice chunks for a creamy texture.
Serve the Daiquiris
  1. Pour the blended mixture into cocktail glasses. You can use a strainer if you prefer a smoother drink.
  2. Garnish each glass with a slice of lime and a whole strawberry on the rim for a beautiful presentation.
