For the Dressing

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard Adds a tangy flavor.
  • 1 tbsp honey Optional, for sweetness.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 1/2 tsp salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper Freshly ground for best flavor.

Method

Prepare the Dressing
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy. This dressing adds flavor and moisture to the wraps.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay a tortilla flat on the cutting board. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the dressing evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  2. Layer the sliced turkey breast evenly over the dressing, followed by the mixed salad greens, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and shredded carrots. This layering ensures each bite is flavorful and crunchy.
  3. Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly around the fillings, tucking in the sides as you go to prevent the filling from spilling out.
  4. Once rolled, slice the wrap in half diagonally with a sharp knife for easier eating. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
